We plan to grow nationally, and we will do it progressively.

Our dreams are big. We hope to build Ovenly into the most well-known bakery brand in America while scaling profits alongside impact and craftsmanship. That means as we work to bring more and more delicious sweet-and-savory baked goods to clients nationwide, we are going to continue steadfast commitment to open hiring practices, environmental sustainability, and artisan manufacturing.

We provide economic and professional growth opportunities to people from all backgrounds no matter their personal, financial, or educational history or his or her sexual or racial orientation. Employing people based on a commitment to work and to learning, combined with a passion for our products are more important to us than a resume.

In partnership with Getting Out Staying Out and the Ansob Center for Refugees, Ovenly has developed a job training program that employs a diverse group of amazing humans. The Ovenly staff hails from places such as Ethiopia, Morocco, Guatemala, Sudan and even the Bronx.

We are also continually working to provide our customers with the best ingredients, and producing the least amount of waste.
